Know the Behaviors
When you know about a negative behavior then you will be in a position to change this type of behavior that you engage in. That is why part of your codependency journey will have to be to identify which behaviors are symptoms of being one. When you start to see that you are showing those behaviors then you are in a position to do something about it.
